Booking & Arrival

If you’re planning on visiting the museum, we recommend pre-booking your tickets via the ticket link at the top of the website. Although you can still pay on the day, pre-booking allows us to monitor the number of visitors on-site to ensure your visit is as safe and enjoyable as possible.

If you visited the Ulster American Folk Park, Ulster Transport Museum in Cultra or the Ulster Folk Museum (also in Cultra) during July or August, you will have availed of our 'Buy One, Get a Second Half Price' offer.

If you received your code on or before 1st September and haven't used it yet, the discount is valid for 3 months from the date of your first visit.

Check your online booking confirmation (if you booked online) or your till receipt (if you bought tickets on arrival) and your booking reference is your discount code.

If you are a member, don’t forget to bring along your membership card or photographic ID so we can ensure your free entry and discount in our café and gift shop.

For groups of 15 or more people, fill out our online booking enquiry form in advance (or download the form here, fill it out and email it to info@nationalmuseumsni.org). Your group visit is not confirmed until you receive a booking confirmation from us.

Group bookings of 15 people or more will receive a 10% discount on admission prices!

Travel Trade is managed separately from group bookings. Please email our Travel Trade Manager conor.carberry@nationalmuseumsni.org to enquire.

For Education and School group booking enquiries, please fill in our online booking form to submit your request. Due to site capacity restrictions, we cannot accept school bookings without prior arrangement.
