We are able to scan your ticket on entry either from a printed ticket or on a smartphone or tablet. Proof of booking is required to enter the museum. If you forget your pre-booked tickets, we can check your booking reference but this may delay your visit.

HMRC has deemed priority booking to be an additional benefit to members and therefore we are unable to offer priority booking for members as a result.
We would ask that members bring their membership card with them so our visitor team can validate their pre-booked ticket on arrival. We can also accept a member’s photographic ID for validation of tickets.

No, due to the historic nature of the exhibits and natural terrain paths, we only permit PMV vehicles and manual wheelchairs.
We have a small car park, separate from the main visitor car park, with 14 spaces dedicated to only Blue Badge holders. In the main car park, at the closest part to the Visitor Centre, we have another six spaces for Blue Badge holders.

The Period Products (Free Provision) Act (Northern Ireland) 2022 is legislation introduced on September 1, 2025, that makes period products free and available to all people who need them while in Northern Ireland.
